1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wnph.club, creating a wnph account, or using any service offered on this platform — including live casino games, slot machines, sports betting, bingo, and all associated promotional features — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wnph ("wnph", "we", "us", "the Platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using wnph and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2.Eligibility

To register and use wnph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines for the Philippines and applies without exception. wnph reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including at account opening and prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing wnph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either through wnph's own self-exclusion system or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion programme.
• One Account: You must not hold, or have previously held, another wnph account that was suspended or closed for Terms violations.

wnph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility may be voided.

3.Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) wnph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different contact details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number or email address, date of birth, and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any detail changes.

wnph may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to submit identity verification documents (a valid Philippine government-issued ID) to confirm the accuracy of your registration information. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending document review. Unverified accounts are subject to withdrawal limits or full withdrawal blocks until verification is complete.

4.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wnph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access wnph using your account.

wnph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds an OTP layer to each wnph login session via your registered Philippine mobile number. wnph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify wnph support immediately at [email protected]. wnph reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of unauthorised access pending investigation.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All wnph transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wnph supports the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for deposit, or to another account confirmed to be in your name following enhanced due-diligence verification.

wnph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification, responsible gaming checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players are advised that withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) typically complete within minutes; bank transfers typically complete within one Philippine banking business day.

Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the player unless expressly stated otherwise by wnph in writing.

6.Gameplay & Wagering

All games available on wnph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. wnph does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term statistical return and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose all funds deposited.
• Past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
• wnph is a platform for entertainment and the probability of winning does not exceed the published house edge for each game type.
• All wagers placed are final once confirmed by the system. wnph does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, wnph reserves the right to void the affected round. In such cases, any bet amount will be returned to your wallet.

7.Bonuses & Promotions

wnph may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each promotion.

In the absence of promotion-specific terms to the contrary, bonus funds are subject to a minimum 30x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Bonus funds and free spin winnings may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied. wnph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or misrepresentation of personal details — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts subject to suspension.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wnph and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Registering while below the age of 21
• Accessing wnph through software designed to automate gameplay (bots, scripts, macros)
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions for financial gain
• Using wnph for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Registering or playing on behalf of another person
• Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions through use of a new account

9.Intellectual Property

All content on wnph.club — including but not limited to the wnph name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of wnph or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use wnph solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from wnph.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wnph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, payment processing delays, account suspension, or temporary service unavailability.

wnph makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. wnph's total liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their wnph account in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

11.Responsible Gaming

wnph is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players directly within their wnph account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over any rolling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when a defined play session duration has been reached.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily restrict access to your wnph account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
